TRENT VALLEY REFRIGERATION LTD is a well established contracting company that specializes in the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
We have the in-house capability to design and install, bespoke systems tailor made to meet your exact requirements or specification.
Where no specifications are available we can offer competent guidance and advice or a full design service with expertise brought from both the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.
Over the years experience has been gained within the food, chemical, oil and manufacturing industries together with commercial and public sectors within safe, extreme and hazardous environments.
Health & Safety issues are always paramount and for this reason we have in place full health & safety documentation including risk assessments, method statements and COSHH data sheets for all activities we undertake.
Our engineers have the ECITB Safety Passport as required by all the major oil and chemical companies and are qualified in the handling and recovery of refrigerants as current legislation demands.
We supply our services to end users of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and also to other contracting companies such as construction and M&E companies where our element of works forms part of an overall project.
We hire out portable air conditioning units for temporary or short term cooling solutions; this can be to combat unbearable summer heat and humidity or just to back up essential services where the existing cooling systems have failed or can't cope.
Heat recovery techniques to reclaim waste heat and reduce refrigeration system operating costs can be supplied and installed. With the introduction of the "climate change levy" and increasing energy costs this is becoming a more attractive proposition.
Temperature monitoring systems can be supplied and installed to comply with current environmental health legislation for cold chain foodstuffs.
We offer a 24 hour call out facility to customers who have a maintenance agreement in place to ensure valuable equipment or produce etc are protected and this can be linked to a suitable temperature monitoring system for sites which are un-manned.
